Mazda recently became the center of attention at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, where the automaker fully revealed the 2017 Mazda CX-9 – a model that’s now bigger, yet simultaneously more lightweight. In fact, the all-wheel drive version of the model weighs a whopping 287 pounds less than its predecessor.

The new CX-9 is powered by a SKYACTIV-G 2.5T engine and gets up to 250 horsepower with a six-speed automatic transmission. In general, the 2017 Mazda CX-9 debut revealed what appears to be a powerful, fashionable vehicle.
